I’m very happy with the product itself and gave it 5 stars. I bought it to replace a soft play mat so my baby could learn to crawl. Even though it’s quite thin, the mat is warm enough, easy to fold and unfold, and very simple to clean. I also like that it doesn’t need to be fully opened every time — that’s very convenient. I gave 4 stars for the delivery experience. The estimated delivery date was April 16th, but the package arrived on the 17th. That’s not a big deal, but a few things during the process were confusing. I received some strange emails saying the order had been handed over to a courier and delivered — but with a different order number. Later, I got a message saying my order would arrive on April 24th, which really upset me. I chose this seller because of the fast delivery option, while other sellers were offering dates in late April or early May. So I ended up feeling a bit stressed. There was no extra packaging — the item came in its own box. The box was mostly intact, but if I had ordered this as a gift, I would’ve hoped for better packaging condition.
