There are also recipes for celebration cakes, and many more bakes and bars (including the famous Adnams Broadside bread pudding and lemon shortbread slice). This is a book for every level of baker. For the novice, there are many simple recipes, and step by step images along with troubleshooting sections for the more complex ones. More experienced home bakers will relish the challenge of advanced recipes and processes such as lamination techniques or long fermented sourdough breads. There are also recipes for those who are vegan, lactose intolerant and/or gluten free.
